Terms of use

I own the copyright in every photograph I make, including those delivered to you. Delivery gives you a licence to use them; it doesn't transfer ownership.

For personal sessions you may print, share and post your photos for non-commercial purposes. Please don't edit, filter or crop them in ways that change the work, and credit me when you post where you can.

Commercial use (advertising, products, editorial or anything that earns money) needs a separate licence. Commissioned work is licensed under the agreement for that project.

Gallery links and passwords are for you and the people you choose to share them with. Galleries are online until the expiry date in your delivery email; download what you want to keep before then.

Selects are final once approved. If you need a change, reply to your gallery email.

The client portal uses one-time sign-in links sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure, and tell me if you think someone else has used your link.

Fees, deposits, scheduling and cancellations are covered by the agreement you sign when you book. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
