When you write through the contact form: your name, email address and whatever you tell me about the project.

When you use the client portal or a gallery: your email address, the photos you favourite or select, and a record of each download (time, size, IP address and browser).

To reply to you, to plan and deliver your shoot, and to know which photos you chose. Download records help me answer questions like “did the zip arrive?” and protect the work from misuse.

I don't sell your information, show you ads, or use tracking or analytics cookies.

Two kinds, both necessary for the site to work: a sign-in cookie for the client portal, and a gallery access cookie so you don't re-enter a gallery password on every visit.

The site runs on a few providers that process data on my behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (photo storage and downloads) and Resend (email). They're only allowed to use it to provide those services.

Galleries stay online until the date in your delivery email. I keep client records and correspondence for as long as I need them for the work and for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.

You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to the email below and I'll reply within two working days.
